Development Technology Ltd. has an effective and well organized management
system according to the companies Act, XVIII of 1994 of Government of Bangladesh.
The companies are private limited Company within the meaning of section 2(1) clause
of the companies Act. Both of the companies are registered by the RAJUK and approved
by the Baqngladesh Environmental Deparment as a Developer. The companies are the
active member of Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).
